Last night, I built my first 3D puzzle of a globe with the chief puzzle engineer (my brother, Marcus) – and yet it moves! 😄

*Excuse the pijamas haha*

Not gonna lie:
This was our second attempt. We gave up pretty quickly the first time around because we didn't have the patience or the time... (it was during a photoshoot for the website).

It took a good two hours, working together, but we set aside that time beforehand.
We broke two or three pieces along the way 🙈 but it wasn't the end of the world; we were able to continue.
We also lost two pieces... we managed to replace one with a small wire to make the globe spin. That was the engineer's idea... I nearly gave up again.
We added some Christmas washi tape because Marcus said it would be more fun.

It was a great activity to spend quality time together. Both Marcus and I were proud of the result and we bonded over our little project. Now Marcus has a globe we built together on his desk, to remind him of me when I'm out of the country 😁 He said he plans to paint it too – he would have painted it last night if we hadn't gone to bed.
